Return & Refund Policy – Offroad Souq
Return Window
Returns or exchanges must be requested within 1 day of receiving your item (based on delivery receipt date). After 1 day, returns and refunds will not be accepted.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return or exchange:
- The item must be unused, uninstalled, and in its original condition.
- All original packaging, manuals, and accessories must be included.
- A valid proof of purchase (invoice) is required.
Non-Returnable Items Include:
- Tires or wheels that have been mounted or installed.
- Electrical items (programmers, wiring kits, etc.) once opened.
- Items installed, custom-painted, or modified.
- Special order or clearance items.
- Perishable goods, hazardous materials, intimate or sanitary products, and gift cards.
Return Process
Option 1: In-Store Return
Visit our Dubai branch with the original invoice for assistance.
Option 2: Contact Us
Email or call our customer service team to request a pickup. We will arrange collection and keep you updated on the process.
Refunds
- If your return is approved, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
- Refunds may take 5–7 business days to reflect, depending on your bank or card provider.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item is defective, damaged, or the wrong item was sent.
Exchanges
Exchanges are only offered for defective or damaged items (within 1 day of receipt). Contact us via email at cu**********************@***il.com to arrange an exchange.
Order Cancellations
- Orders cannot be canceled once placed.
- Refusing delivery of shipped items will result in deduction of shipping and return costs from any refund issued.
Warranty Claims
Many products include a manufacturer’s warranty. Refer to product documentation for coverage details. Warranty claims are handled through Offroad Souq or the manufacturer, subject to inspection and approval.
Shipping Returns
- Do not return items directly to the manufacturer.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error or defect.
- For expensive items, we recommend using trackable shipping or insurance.
